Malaika Hill-Jones, LMFT
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who currently has offices in Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Roseville. I have spent the last five years working for a non-profit mental health clinic that served the Placer County area. While working there I gained experience working with a variety of treatment modalities, including individual, couples, families, and groups.
I've had the opportunity to work with people dealing with various types of trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other mental health issues. I am skilled in facilitating therapy groups and have facilitated parenting education, anger management, and domestic violence groups.
I enjoy collaborating with others in an effort to reach their stated goals and an improved quality of life. I would describe my style as eclectic, as I like to pull from various orientations depending on the presenting issues and client's stated goals.
